Had an injury on my back on 29th December and been unable to move, Zena kept in contact with me whilst I was in pain and unable to move and gave me better advice than my own GP, attended today for my first session and can honestly say I feel like I’m floating. Feel amazing and so relaxed, feel tired and ready for a peaceful nights sleep. Was given some really good honest advice on how to keep my stress levels down moving forward and it is now ingrained in my brain! Can’t thank you enough for figuring out that all this time the pain is due to something completely different from my back and how I can improve this. see you again soon xxx

I went to see Ze yesterday, oh my days this lady has magic hands. I did my back in last year and i was seeing a chiropractor twice a week for about 4 weeks it helped at the time and he did crack my neck a few times which was amazing and helped with my permenant headaches, but i was very inflamed and it just wouldnt calm down no matter what he did. Just after 1 massage from Ze i feel like a new woman iv woke up this morning and i can touch my toes which i have struggled with for over 6 months. I still have pain but im happy that i have movement again i was very restricted in what i could do. Im going back next week for Ze's magic hands again and will continue going even when its sorted its just a nice way to relax. Ze is a beautiful lady very warm and friendly makes you feel calm and relaxed. Thanks Ze cant wait for my next one xxx

I have used Ze on two separate occasions and both times it has resulted in significant improvements. Ze is very professional and puts you at ease from the outset. The ambience is fantastic with nice relaxing music and candles to put you in a relaxed state. As i stated previously, i booked two specific sessions - the first one when i had a problem with my neck and then secondly when i had a problem with my lower back - following the massage therapies, my problems were very much improved. I have already booked my next appointment, but if you are thinking of using Ze then be aware, Ze is that good, that she is already booked up until Mid March !!!!!

Have to say this was the best massage I have ever had, I just felt amazing by the end!!....Zena is very professional and makes you feel completely at ease through start to finish, I went for a relaxation massage however whilst chatting during my consultation I told Zena that i was experiencing a little pain in my neck and hip from carrying my baby on one side, this was soon sorted out and completely eased as the session went on. I felt that relaxed I actually fell asleep, upon waking I felt the most amazing feelings almost like I was floating on a cloud!!!....Zena is fantastic at what she does and has a true talent, fabulous amazing lady I will defo be returning xxx

Visited Ze last night as I'm a broken woman! In agony with my lower back, neck and shoulders, especially after giving birth 8 weeks ago. I've been operated on twice and tried physio, to no avail. Not only was Ze lovely, funny and extremely knowledgable, she put me at ease straight away advising me what she would do and how. The massage was very relaxing, and Ze knew exactly where all my painful areas were and targeted them. I've woken up this morning (well, at various points of the night with an 8 week old!) and my back already feels so much better. The constant aching of the lower back isn't there this morning, and I've managed to feed my daughter pain free, rather than jiggling her from side to side and walking around in between. Can't wait to go for round two in a few weeks! Booked my partner in next week and recommended her to friends and family that would benefit. Cannot recommend highly enough

I saw Zena yesterday for a head and neck massage and felt amazing afterwards. Zena is so down to earth and welcoming and really listened and understood my condition of Fibromyalgia which was reassuring. I have sleep problems because of my Fibro and CFS but last night slept for a solid 9 hours which felt fantastic. On another note I was apprehensive about lying on a massage bed because I'm a Big girl but to reassure anyone who might have the same self conscious worry, that bed is super strong. From the moment I met her she made me feel relaxed and appeared very professional and has many years experience. Spoke with ze about a couple of things and she understood...the relief I felt was great. Her treatments are one of a kind and hard to explain especially the heeling. Went to see Ze to see if she could do something with my back, as I've had back pain for 10 years or so. Nothing I've tried has sorted it, but Zena really knows what she's doing!! Might take a couple of sessions but even after the first I can feel a difference. Excellent service, and a top quality massage. Can honestly say I was totally relaxed coming out!! Would recommend for anyone struggling with pain, or even if you just want to chill out.
